Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

All orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our warehouse at 9420 Activity Rd, Ste I, San Diego, CA 92126, United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery

We ship within the United States only, via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Typical delivery time is 2-6 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the item's size and weight and your delivery address. The complete amount you will be charged - item price, shipping, and any applicable sales tax - is displayed on the checkout page before you confirm payment. We do not add handling fees, surcharges, or subscription charges of any kind.

Issues with delivery

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, or your shipment appears lost or delayed, email shopify.wtg@gmail.com or call (858) 265-6038 and we will investigate with the carrier right away.
