Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Arizona. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery

We ship across the United States via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Typical delivery time is 2–6 business days depending on your location. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's size and weight and your delivery address.

Issues with delivery

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, or your shipment appears lost or delayed, contact us through the Contact page on our website and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
